5 start for lady I talked to at NovaBay Pharmaceuticals very helpful and understanding when your company could of said not our problem.
I-check 5 star like product, but 1 star for protective plastic over mirror.
The two you sent me are better than two of the three I bought, but are still messed up but usable. Thanks for your efforts but you need to do something different with the plastic mirror protector,

It takes a little getting used to. Once you get the hang of it, you can see your eyes close up.
